Fundraising from a Galaxy Far, Far Away!

The weekend of June 14-15, 2025, the Force was strong at Walmart Store #557 in Emporia, KS, where the Galactic Empire and Mandalorians teamed up to raise funds for the Children’s Miracle Network and Stormont Vail Health.

Working hard to unlock a star system of possibilities for local children, Walmart staff turned the front of the store into an amazing display of Star Wars fun. The successful weekend’s campaign will directly benefit children in Northeast Kansas.

These vital funds will go towards:

-Essential medical equipment for diagnosing and treating a wide range of illnesses and
injuries.

-Life-saving research to advance treatments and cures for childhood diseases.

-Family-centered care programs to provide emotional and practical support for children
and their families during their healthcare journey.
